All products sold at American Best Pool Supply come with full Manufacture warranty.  Please refer to owner manual for more information or email us for any further assistant. 

Shipping Charges and Tax

Prices shown do not include sales tax, shipping and handling charges, if applicable.  American Best Pool Supply will collect these charges and customer is responsible for sale tax, shipping or handling fee which associate with the order.

Delivery Terms

We normally ship the products within 48 hours based on product availability. For expedite shipping option 1st day, 2nd day and 3rd day, we do required minimum 24 hours to process the order and will ship the following day and please do not count on Saturday and Sunday because UPS does not deliver on weekend. Please inspect all items for damages when you receive from the carrier.  American Best Pool Supply is NOT RESPONSIBLE for these occurrences and you must report to the carrier at time of delivery for any damages.

Shipping cost on pool heaters or any merchandise is over 150 lbs weight may difference depending on your location and beyond point of delivery and special service request. American Best Pool Supply will contact customer for additional cost or putting the order on hold until further notice.  Shipping cost shown for continental USA only. Alaska, Hawaii and some rural locations may require additional delivery time and additional charges. Most common carriers are not guaranteed the exact time or date of delivery unless otherwise special request guaranteed option, customer must contact us prior to order for additional cost.

American Best Pool Supply is not responsible for shipment delays which may cause by events beyond our control such as; weather, road condition related.

Return Policy 

Please do not return without authorization from American Best Pool Supply.  Any return without authorization will be refused and at your expense.
American Best Pool Supply reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.  Any returned products that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

Return merchandise is permitted within 30 days and must be in original condition (NOT INSTALLED) which include all other accessories and owner's manual. There will be a 15% restocking fee and shipping is not refundable on all return items, NO EXCEPTION. IF YOU CHOOSE TO REFUSE THE MANUFACTURE WARRANTY FOR REPAIRS OR INSPECTION AFTER THE INSTALLATION, YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY WILL PAY ALL SHIPPING COST FOR RETURN AND 25% RESTOCKING FEE DURING 30 DAYS PERIOD. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and your account will be credit less any applicable charges.  Please allow 7 to 10 days for refund.

All returns products must be send via UPS, Fed-Ex and insured or by any other carriers that offer tracking number and insured should included.  American Best Pool Supply is not responsible for any lost or damages in shipment. No returns or exchange on Heaters; Special Order items, above aground pool kits, liners. All sales are final on these items, unless there is wrong shipment. Customer is responsible to verify their online order notification as soon as possible and we are not liable for any wrong models.

Products pricing are subject to change without notice. American Best Pool Supply gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. To see the shipping rate information specific to your order's destination, add item(s) to shopping cart, select country and enter your address informations and check "Check Shipping Rate" button at bottom shopping cart.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
